Description:
We have a unique investment opportunity for quick capital appreciation. Returns last year were above 50% on small $140k initial investment. Looking to take this to the next level and know it will work just lacking the capital. Have a business plan with 5 year pro-forma, Private Placement Memorandum, and a lot of background research.
