Description:
I am wanting to purchase a historic building in downtown Franklin, KY. This building was once known as The Roxy Theatre. The building still has original art deco, stage, ceiling, movie screen, etc. but needs complete restoration. I am wanting to restore this building and make it an upscale reception hall/dinner theatre. There is nothing like this offered in our surrounding 4 counties. Franklin is growing by leaps and bounds with the welcoming of a huge RV development that projects 1.8 million visitors to our area. This project will draw people from all around just because of the history and nostalgia of the building alone.
