Description:
I am in a unique situation. A friend of mine owned and operated a flower shop for the last 4 1/2 years. He no longer has the desire to do so and is transferring the equipment, etc. to me. I'm receiving a flower shop for almost nothing and intend on building it into a green floral business that also focuses on many other upscale/organic items such as chocolates, gift baskets etc. I have numerous ideas and need to scale them down into manageable growth and profit. I need help in creating a business plan that features these important plans.
