Our company specializes in southern cusine. What makes us different from any restaurant in Huntsville/Madison, is the atmosphere. Huntsville does not have a casual yet eloquent southern style restaurant. We will not be a hole in the wall, with paperplate atmosphere. We have excellent cooks of southern foods, who research daily for new and exciting recipes and techniques. We have a property and building in mind which is absolutely breathtaking. It was previously a restaurant, very successful financially but do to personal reasons the couple had to sell. They left behind everything, they walked out the door with nothing but the key to lock the door. Huntsville is the fastest growing Metropolitan city, with it growing daily.
