Presto WirelessTM proposes to be a California corporation with six shareholders with the
objective to develop a revolutionary new technology that will enable wireless data customers to
experience dramatically faster transfer speeds and much higher availability and reliability than that
available over existing wireless data networks. This will be achieved by developing hardware and
software to intelligently split and transmit portions of a customer’s data through multiple wireless networks
in parallel, leveraging the combined capacity and coverage of existing and wireless networks, such as
Verizon, AT&T, SprintNextel, and T-Mobile. Presto WirelessTM plans to license or sell its technology to
bundled service providers such as Virgin Mobile, Cox Cable, or DirectTV who would utilize the technology
to provide vastly improved wireless data service. Presto WirelessTM could also retain its technology and
purchase data “airtime” in bulk from existing wireless service providers, and provide service under a new
brand name. Presto WirelessTM will sustain its competitive advantage by leveraging increases in speed on
underlying networks as new technologies are deployed, and licensees or acquirers of its technology will
be scalable to international markets through wholesale data purchase agreements in those markets. The
corporation will aggressively protect its intellectual property, and will license or sell its technology to
appropriate companies, or manufacture its products. Presto WirelessTM is actively developing its
technology and has already filed a provisional patent application on its technology concept. Presto
WirelessTM is also the winner of the 2008 UC Irvine Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth Business Plan
Competition.
