Description:
My name is Shane, I am from Pickerington Ohio just starting my flipping business. I was originally going to get a business loan from a bank but a close friend in the business told me to look into investers interested in what I have to offer. I am in need of starting money in the ball park of $90,000-$210,000. I have been doing a lot of research on houses in the area of columbus and have found a good amount of forclosed houses in good areas that will double the cost no doubt with some work ofcoarse but thats what a budget is for. I am very interested in making this my career. I am good with my hands and have been helping other people flip houses for years, I can do 70% of the work, that includes flooring, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping. Most of the things people usually hire contract
