Driven Technology is a hybrid Information Technology/Computer Retail startup business located in South Lyon, MI.
We currently have a retail store front selling new and refurbished PCs, parts and accessories. We also perform a variety of "Geek Squad" type computer services for consumers. We provide small business IT support via Service Contracts (referred to as Support and Maintenance Agreements).
We are planning on expanding in the following capacities:
-Addition of E-commerce/Web Store (already in development, just need the staff) -Addition of Managed Services Offering for Small Business support and Maintenance Agreements
- It is an improvement on the standard service contract because it provides a consistent return and is a much better work-flow. (Just need the staff to finish developing the solution and to support it, we already have contacts with various healthcare, legal and accounting professionals that would act as our referral into new businesses)
-Opening another service/retail location (Want to get the web store up and running first to maximize the fiscal return of opening another location).
