Fracking is pretty much new. The problem is the equipment used to deliver sand wasn't made to deliver sand. So my team of engineers when back to the drawling board and have come up with a much better solution speeding up the process by 400-600% faster each stage. Big oil companies such as Halliburton spend millions of dollars waiting for these sand trucks to get unloaded so they can frac a stage. Well normally have between 20-30 stages per well. Taking the equipment used right now we are just modifying. I also created a methodology training program which NO sand hauling company has, or is doing. They just throw drivers in the seat without this type of training. FracSmart needs two patents. One, a utility on the design, and the second for the training program. I am looking to build a prototype, record the results, and then sale, or lease the patents to major players in the industry national, and international.
