I am looking at purchasing a Country Club golf course. I am in the middle of purchasing a 40,000 sq. ft. retail center, which is 70% leased. This project could take up to 90 days to finish purchasing. I am playing the waiting game. After that purchase, I am also building an express car wash. In the mixed of these 2 projects, I have been called upon to look at purchasing a 18 hole country club golf course south of Tarrant County. After these 2 projects, I will be very slim on money to procede with this golf course. If there is anyone interested, please let me know. I have owned a lawn business for the past 24 years.
