Description:
State of the Art Concept for Restaurant, Nightclub, and Event Center. I have a solid business plan, a 3D model of the building, an available piece of land in an excellent demographic area along Colorado's newest lightrail transit system. This will ensure diverse and constant business now and in the future. This is a very lucrative and recession proof business with a lot of potential in Colorado.
I also already have an Angel Investor Expression of Interest Letter stating interest in funding 25% of my business start up costs.
