Picture yourself falling carelessly into a soft white cloud. Is there a more relaxing feeling? At Kloud Nyne our goal is to create this illusion, and expand on it. The most prominent aspect of our facility is the "cloud." A massive pit filled with white foam. The "cloud" will be surrounded by trampolines, rope swings, a rock climbing wall and a platform. These will all contribute to this illusion of falling into paradise.
Investor’s perspective:
Why should you invest in Kloud Nyne? It is a one of a kind facility with no competition in the area. Being the first of its kind, word will spread fast about Kloud Nyne and its unique form of entertainment. A blissful playlist will actually take our customers to Kloud Nyne, providing a carefee, fun-filled environment, while still promoting physical health.
This business will require almost no advertising for the word to spread. My business partner and I are within our company’s target market which would allow us to bring customers simply because of friendships and acquaintances. We have many connections and people would come simply to support us. They would come back for the fun. Word would spread quickly of this revolutionary company.
We will easily reach our break-even point simply from customers looking for a good time, but that is not our only source of revenue. Our other main source of profit will be provided by advertisements. We will allow other companies to advertise themselves on our walls for a monthly fee. We will acquire the advertisements by throwing a massive launch party, and taking pictures of the party to show to other companies.
