The Gatehouse project is a resort project within the Palm Hills Golf resort in Hua Hin Thailand. The Palm Hills Golf resort is a high end very popular mature golf course just north of Hua Hin (7km) with very exclusive private villas and appartments on very large grounds including sport facilities, club house etc.
The Gatehouse projects plans to build within the resort exclusive townhouses and apparments approx 44 units overlooking the golf course with water ponds, pools etc.
Due to the instable political situation in Thailand today it is a very favourabe time to start investing in the growing real estate market as the prices are not moving and sales are down but will pick up within the next year. The construction time will be approxamately 2 years and the total project amounts to approxamately 6 million USD.
The investors will deposit the investment in Singapore in a bank account in their own name. This bank will issue Gatehouse a bank guarantee which will enable the Gatehous to get a credit line at very favourable rates. The bank will also keep the project as a collateral and control expenditures. This will give the investor less Thai risk exposure, as his capital is outside Thailand and also the security of having the Thai bank as a watchdog.
Real estate prices in Thailand has by tradition increased some 15% per year. This is an oppurtunity to make a good investment with real good returns in a project within an existing very popular resort.
