My name is Sergey Zghurovskyi, I represent a group of companies from Ukraine, that operate in PV industry in Ukraine, in particular, a development company - J&S Energy Development.
The main business of our company is the development of PV projects from scratch to shovel-ready (RTB) stage and sale of corporate rights of these projects to final buyers / investors.
Now there is a very hot time on the Ukrainian PV market and there is a great demand for ready-to-build (RTB) SPV with permits.
Our company occupies one of the leading positions in this industry.
But we met with the fact that our own funds are not enough to develop a sufficient number of PV projects and meet the demand of all interested investors.
Therefore, we are looking for an investor who might be interested in being a financial partner for our business.
