TSi incorporated in August 2005 is a telecom company planning to setup a gateway in the vibrant telecom sector of Nigeria to carry SMS traffic in and out as well as terminate voice calls in and out. Vocie telephony is worth looking at but no many new phones will be bought now, but Value Added Services and convergence is the biz for Nigeria today. There are 16 million phone lines now (90% GSM) but next year Feb 2006 Unified License Regime will be in place. We want to take the opportunity to prepare.
Once we start with this, we also plan to offer Broadband Wireless Internet service ($2 million proj.) with the utmost plan of setting up SAT TV using the terminals sold for internet.
Lastly, we will become a one-stop-shop.
