ALPHA Consultants will begin as a two man team with affiliate networks with Patrick Sherman & Blue Coast Savings. Through a twenty year career in business management, we are consultants specializing in various disciplines, including finance, sales & marketing, technology, management, operations, and human resources.
ALPHA Consultants will offer a list of services for business owners to choose from, depending on their particular business needs. This includes; business and marketing plan preparation, financial audits and restructuring, IT consulting services, management development, human resources advising, with financial restructuring as our paramount service. S. Brown & Associates will have a focus on food service businesses in all stages of operation. With the recent deregulation of energy in the state of Georgia, we are prime to grab a large share of the business available today.
ALPHA Consultants prefers to establish a relationship with a younger operation and continue to nurture that relationship over the long term. ALPHA Consultants will be established as a Georgia based LLC with two principal partners, each of whom owns a 50% share in the company. Mr. Seddrick L. Brown has extensive experience in business planning, finance and operations, including Director positions with HSA Conglomerate and Vondoria Investment, Inc. Mr. Willie C. Leach brings in experience in the area of marketing, advertising, and telecommunications.
