Job seekers upload their resume to RezScore for an instant resume grade, from A to F. Candidates are upsold resume help and job leads. Corporate-focused metrics grade candidates on their strength relative to specific industries.
Our algorithm was developed by interviewing hiring managers, resume coaches, and job search experts. We asked them to rate resumes on over a dozen dimensions, including the quality of the resume, the quality of the candidate, and sector specific questions. Based on these results, we constructed a complex computerized model to quickly parse and evaluate resumes. We continue to rebuild our model as we collect more data through our website. We are pursuing patent protection for our algorithms.
RezScore is led by CEO Gerrit Hall, co-founder of Groupable, a group sponsorship hub, and RezRedo, a prior venture in the resume space. Gerrit provides his expertise on technology, analytics, and business development connections in the resume space. Sean Weinberg, alumnus of executive search leader AC Lion and founder of Freedom Resumes, joins the team as COO. Sean provides valuable knowledge of the resume writing industry.
