The establishment of a Luxury tented lodge in the heart of a Paradise beach alongside guided tour operations and surf school. Luxury tents are eco friendly and gives you the real feel of being in touch with (URL removed) vacant land is a stone throw's away from one of southern africa finest blue flag beaches where whales pass by each year not only is it one of the most pristine coastlines of Southern Africa . it's one of the very few places left where wild buck,bore and rare bird species can still be found in the area. The advantage of having this land is that it will never be overdeveloped due to being in a protected natural reserve.
Jeffreys bay is also host to one of the best waves in the world, discovered in the early 70’s by surfers in the endless summer,thus attracts surfers locally and internationally year round, Jeffrey’s bay is also host to the annual international surf contest the JBay Open and many music and sports festivals year round this meaning there is no shortage of tourism in this seaside village.
Paradise Beach House (PBH) is located at the start or end of the Garden route and has many activities from extreme sports to nature walk along the untouched coastline and local Safari parks. All major attractions are no more than 3 Hours from base camp.
Specifications of lodge and guided tours
The land is 720 Sqm and has all amenities on location (electricity, water and drainage)(URL removed) would like to erect 2 meru luxury tent units approximately 36Sqm each unit with own bathroom facilities and kitchenette and relaxing space,once we fully established and making a profit we will have a total of 4 luxury tents, furthermore we will have a 70Sqm undercover entertainment area with indoor and outdoor braai area outdoor kitchen and chill out lounge with bar adjacent to this we will have a 20Sqm beach/rock pool.
Most importantly we do not need to involve the council for building rights saving us financially ,we would like to keep the surroundings as natural as possibles that meaning will will keep the land as natural as possible and not excavate the land we plan to blend all our structures in the existing shrubbery giving the ultimate luxury camp experience in mother nature.
