We have a successful acquisition, remodelling and rental real estate company achieving as much as 47% yields of our portfolio. we require additional funds to secure more stock in order to maximise in this area of opportunity we have found.
We are specialising in the purchase, remodelling and rental of brick based home in the Michigan area, We have been typically selling the properties once we have a government backed tenant in place and making a net margin of around 40% of total cost.
