Description:
We are a vinyl fence manufacturing company with plants in NY,NC and FL. We currently are operating at 10 million in sales. We have just been awarded a national contract with a big box store whom could easily push revenue to 50 million. I am looking to exchange equity capital. We have the entire operations up and running currently and have the capacity to expand to a national level immediately. We have the equipment and the staff currently in place. Please advise.
