I am looking to purchase a currently operational Cold Stone Creamery in Milford, CT at the Westfield Post Mall. This unit has been in operation since 2006, and the current owners are selling it in order to develop their other areas, since the mall location needs someone who is more active in that particular location. I am seeking funding for the purchase price (either $170,000 with a note carried by the current owners for the rest) or the entire price. I would be willing to be flexible on the terms of the loan, but I would expect full payment within the first two years.
