Description:
Endeavor Logistics Ltd. is a specialized transportation provider to the oil and gas sector in North Eastern British Columbia. Founded in 2005 and have a decent share of the market for the size of the Co. We have had to expand rapidly to meet market needs and gain an economy of scale. We have a solid staff base with many years experience in the industry. Our current financial supporter has not been active with the business for the past year and a half due to other fianancial commitments. We do provide services to a large number of major and junior oil and gas companies. I am looking to source equity capital to buy him and his investors out and reduce other outstanding debts.
