Description: I am looking for financial backing to purchase an existing business. I have the knowledge to run and train new equity traders, but unfortunatley do not have the funding. I require a silent partner with the capital. I am meeting with the owner on Monday March 3,2008 to go over financials. A little about the company - it's a propriatary equity trading firm that sub -contracts out traders. These traders pay $100-$200 a month to have access to the exchanges via our computers in which they trade the capital from an umbrella account. These traders keep a percentage of the profits they make, the rest goes to the owner for profit and expenses. The overhead is relatively cheap.
