PEGASUS, ESMRC, LLC is a start-up equine sports medicine and rehabilitation center, engaged in the rehabilitation of equine athletes recovering from surgery, soft tissue injuries, traumatic injuries (such as burns, open wounds, soft tissue injuries), and also in the conditioning of high-end performance horses.
This center will provide world-class, state of the art services including an AquaTred (underwater treadmill), Equigym, Swimming Pool, Saltwater Spa, and Hyperbaric Chamber.
PEGASUS is dedicated to providing the highest quality rehabilitative care available, resulting in a quicker return to work at a higher level for the horses that come through our doors. The focus of this business is, simply, the Horse
PEGASUS will be only the 4th full service rehabilitation center in the country and the only facility that will be owned and operated by a veterinarian, giving it an exclusivity and credibility that is unmatched. Due to the geographical absence of a full service rehabilitation center between Lexington, KY and Ocala, Fla, coupled with the concentration of horses in the Carolinas, PEGASUS is well positioned to draw clientele from the majority of the Southeastern US.
