Description:
Independent Feature Film (Thriller/Suspense) by writer/director, Mark Roemmich
The film is called "Black Widow", and it is listed on IMDb at (URL removed)
Logline - Sean McMurphy, a wealthy entrepreneur, meets a very beautiful woman and a passionate love affair ignites but soon it unfolds into a dark suspense/thriller where everyone around him gets seduced into her dark web of lies, torture and deceit.
WHAT MAKES THIS UNIQUE?
Essentially, it is WAY further along than any pre-funded deal I've ever seen or heard of. I will gladly explain how this was accomplished in a personal discussion with interested investor prospects.
* All principal acting roles have already signed contracts.
* Retained branding company has already secured $600K in tier-1 product placement (including national Beer brand)
* The location is donated, which would have cost ~4M, and DOES NOT NEED TO BE RECOUPED.
* Fully bonded and insured
* Well-known and highly credentialed CFO handling the money
* Honest, "transparent" people to work with (I just raised $8.4M for them for another project not yet listed on IMDb. Everything is above board.)
After distribution expenses, investor gets 120% recoupment from first dollar gross
After the investor recoups 120% of the principal invested, he/she/it receives 50% of the profits. (Industry standard even split between the money and creative sides.)
$200K of the $4.2M goes to me, as executive producer.
The net $4.0M goes to the production company to immediately begin production on the film.

Although this is publicly available, it is not indexed to any web page. I'd like to keep it's distribution to a minimum, so please treat it as confidential.
