I am interested in starting up a small "green" alpine adventure and tour company with small a-frame cottages and amenities. I have the possibility of buying about 5 acres of lakeside property right on a major Highway as a location. More winter activities but a beautiful alpine summer as well. Incredible backcountry/heli skiing and snowmobiling, as well as ice climbing and alpine touring, rock/mountain climbing in the spring and summer. Located in a valley with a super clean deep lake a small local ski hill (Privately owned) with subdivision. One hour drive to small town and 2 hour drive to major city. I have very little in the way of "collateral" other than to say that if you were to spend some time in the area this winter I am sure that you would fall in Love with it just as I have. This is a diamond in the rough, I have experienced mountain guides that know the area and we are able to offer avalanche training and alpine skiing training. Average snow fall per year is 1250 cm (492") and we have more dry fresh powder than we know what to do with. I look forward to hearing from anyone who is seriously interested in my venture.
