Most of our loans are for the under $1,000,000 office condos, retail, automotive, multi-family, industrial and warehousing needs. We do like to see 2 years in business, 600 scores. Owner occupied or investor loans. We lend in 50 states. We do have resources to handle the multi million dollar deals as well. Large lines of unsecured credit are availble upon a commitee review of the overall project.
