Self Storage and RV Parking. Have site and city approval. Total project is about 1.7 million. Doing it in Phases. The unfortunate thing is that the first phase has the land cost and the site work in it. Numbers don't work well for the banks. Have equity in the land and other investment property, but it still don't cut it for the bank. Running out of time on my loan.
