Castle Alliance is a real estate investment company that buys distressed real estate at deep discounts. We have historically sold these properties to private investors, but are looking for funding to do our own rehab to sell to end buyers/renters. We are looking for $500k to $2m and are open to either a short term loan or a jv partnership. Funds would be used for acquisition and repair of properties located in rust belt states. Real estate can be used as collateral (for $5m or higher, have fully papered mining operation that could be used as secondary collateral).
