We offer real estate investors undervalued properties in the Illinois and Northwest Indiana markets for either a buy and hold strategy or a flip strategy. We're currently accepting new investors into our program. We find the properties for our investors, we send the numbers, the rehab costs, the pictures, we manage them, we flip them and we rehab them. We have the entire team and program already in place. So your location doesn't matter, as we take care of everything. We're looking for investors that would like to invest in high cash flowing rental homes and small multi units (5 or below). We also offer homes for flipping, based on your criteria. We're typically getting investors 20% to 27% ROI (after all costs), on flips and a minimum of 9% return on rentals. Our properties start at $50,000 and go up to $275,000.00.
We're also looking for funds to purchase, rehab and flip our own properties. We're open to discussing the terms. Our goal is to fix and flip a minimum of 8 properties starting in 2020.
