I have a 75 acre parcel of land in edmonton, directly off of one of the cities main transportation corridor, 127 st. The land is also directly off of the 127 st intercahnge on the cities new ring road, in north edmonotn. Curretnly i have a Limited partnership setup for the land, becasue of its future development. However i also have another large piece of land in the southeast corner of the city again directly off of the ring road i am now wanting to develop. What i am seeking is the amount of $375k-$500k as my secondary deposit on the subject land, which makes up part of my contract/offer to purchase, as i had purchased this land in April of 07'.
