We have been operating since 2004 in the Indianapolis market. We purchase and rehab properties at deep discounts and sell to investors both in state and out of state. We work with numerous investors in our area as well but have reached such a prime spot in the market that we are seeking additional funding to capitalize on the situation. Properties are cheap and getting cheaper, interest rates are low and going lower and there is a shortage of the type of residential and multi-family commercial properties we provide to Indianapolis. It is a win-win and we are not an overnight operation.
