This is a start up with no history. SRSquare will run a network of sites including InsaneScouter, a large Boy Scout resource website that has been around for over 10 years, our newest project a social web 2.0 based outdoor travel related website, a site relating to outdoor cooking, a niche free email service similar to (URL removed), and many other sites to come.
Revenue will come from a variety of sources including ad revenue, affiliates, paid listings, paid upgrades, among other potential sources.
I am looking for $35,000 in investment this is to cover the cost of forming the company, most likely as a LLC, paying two people part time wages to put a lot of effort into developing the site, to market the site, cover normal business expenses, and to find a few sales people. The amount will cover us for 6 months, the site will take less then 3 months to go beta and start getting people to use it. The site will be built in stages so revenue and marketing can start as soon as possible.
