Description:
Ritter's Beer Garden is a cozy bar in the heart of downtown Ocala. We have been in business for 11 years. We have the opportunity to buy the building and expand our business. We are looking for investors to loan $200,000 to buy building and remodeling cost. Thank you, Scott Ritter
