In 1994, we passed on a partnership with a company that did see our dream but we didn't see theirs. We own a type specific classifieds website. We atract over 3 million page views per year with little or no advertising. The partnership we passed on sold for 24 million dollars 1996.
Our name can be used for two things. Either generic sales or targeted sales. At this time, we are targeting sales and that is where our traffic comes from. We have 5 major competitors but they aren't targeting dealers the way we are going to.
We are now looking for seed money to start the company up. We'll be hiring sales people, and will pay for advertising. I already have a company behind me with server/rack space/accounting/data connections and so forth. Most of the money will be used for hiring staff
