Copernicus Therapeutics is currently testing a process by which DNA and RNA are shrunk in order to fit with in the nucleus of a cell. The process for delivery which is referred to as nano-nucleic acid theraputics provides a delivery system for the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis. The company’s pre-clinical trials have been successful and the company has to date received $19 million in outside investment and $4 million in grant awards.
Currently they are looking to raise $15 million in this offering to take them through clinical-trials. Attached is an overview of the technology and management team.
