Currently we are contracted with a company delivering and installing GE appliances locally to residential and commercial customers. We have an opportunity to buy a local chip hauling business in southwest Washington consisting of 5 trucks and 5 trailers. The business is existing with current contracts along with contacts for future growth. The asking price of the business is $220,000. We would like to receive a loan of $250,000. The extra $30,000 would be to cover the costs for our relocation from the Puyallup area,the transition of ownership, i.e. fuel, permits, taxes, ect,,, and we would also like to set up a bulk fuel service, which is where a majority of the $30,000.00 would go. The bulk fuel would largely reduce the overall cost of fuel.
