I am requesting start up capital for the purpose of short sales in the foreclosure market. In the areas surrounding my local community. I have watched the credit of good people who had something bad happen happen to them financially have their futures crushed by foreclosures. I have studied foreclosures and other ways to creatively purchase Real Estate.
