Whalom started simply and quickly became the local family attraction. Whalom was never a Disny or Six Flags but, thats what made it home for so many. With a thearter that once housed actors such as Micky Roonie, Merv Griffan and May West. A ballroom that Glen Miller and Howdie Doody played in. Therty family rides and games spread through the 33 acre park. In 2000 Whalom Park closed and was sold to a developer for townhouse development. 2006 the property was raised. Today New Whalom Park Ownership Program, LLC is trying to rebuild the classic park posably on the original site. We need the start up funding to get started. I thank you for your time.
