I want to support – on a contract basis – the engineers and scientists at very small start-up companies and university electrical engineering departments by offering:
1) Assembly, modification and repair of prototype and low-volume production circuit boards, including SMT and thru-hole, single- and double-sided, utilizing both automated reflow and hand soldering in a lead-free environment.
2) Assembly of electro-mechanical devices.
Intelligent, informed feedback on engineering issues.
Clear, well written and illustrated documentation of assembly processes.
3) Minor machining capabilities.
4) Via a trinocular microscope, I will be able to take clear, high resolution photographs of the smallest details to use for client discussions and inclusion in written documentation.
