The amount I am actually searching for is $200k not the $500k I had to select in the drop down box above. I have been searching out an investor that would be willing to assist in cash flowing the start up of this venture. The ability to pick up distressed properties that have been forclosed or reposessed are growing larger and larger with people getting into high interest rate and in some cases interest only loans. Banks and mortgage companies holding all of these loans will not be able to hold all of these homes and will take less than what they have into the home itself. Cash is KING and they are going to start to feel the crunch and may already be feeling it. I have extensive accounting experience and have hands on construction expereince and an eye for money makers in the market.
