Description: ichols Computer & Installation Services, LLC., was founded in 2001 by Anthony Nichols in Post Falls, out of his garage and has grown since then. In 2016, we acquired our first retail outlet in the Silver Lake Mall in Coeur d'Alene, and in 2021, we moved to our current location in the Fairgrounds Center at 4055 N Government Way, STE 11, Coeur d'Alene. Dr. Scott joined us in 2018, and since then Nichols Computer has become one of the leading Computer Service Centers in the area. In 2022 we were recognized in the IT Services category by Idaho's Best awards in both the Idaho Panhandle and the State of Idaho, and in 2023 we have been recognized again as the Idaho's Best for the Idaho Panhandle in both IT Services and Computer Repair. We are also one of the few companies in the Idaho Panhandle where our Company is Accredited and Certified by a number of Industry Leading Organizations, which includes, but is not limited to Microsoft, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, CompTIA (A+ & Network +) and NOCTI. As well, our Senior Technician holds a Doctor of Sciences in Computer Sciences degree from a prestigious Premier League School in Europe. Nichols Computer specializes in Consumer grade as well as Small & Medium Business Computer Systems, both New Custom and Refurbished, laptops & desktops. Repair services, which include Virus/Malware/Spyware Removal, Clean, Debug & Optimize services, Failing Hard Drive recovery services, and general computer/electronics repair. Nichols Computer & Installation Services, LLC., is in need of VC or Angel investments, in the push for expansion. The area of the Northern Idaho Panhandle has seen an intense dissolution of Computer & Technology companies because of COVID, but there is now a massive blackhole in this area for our business type and model. We are looking at opening another 2-4 stores within the next 5 years, to leverage this massive lack of knowledgeable computer technicians. In order for us to do this, we are hoping to raise a minimum of $100,000, and in return we are willing to give 1% ownership shares per $10,000 of investment, up to 20% total. We are also willing to negotiate terms, for the right investor.
