Description: I am starting an opportunity fund for Music, Film, and Fashion. I want to be able to finance various creative and lucrative projects that gets exposed on an international level and has sufficient professionals attached ot each endeavor. We have a project from MY Music and G.O.O.D Music about to emerge and I would like to share the opportunity with you. I am sourcing the funds for the attached project and looking to raise additional money for other various project in the music, fashion, and film world. Thanks and hope this email finds you well! The project is a double C.D. labeled Kanye West and Malik Yusef present... "Good Morning, Good Night" The total project costs are roughly $2.6 million which entails the production and manufacturing of the CD, tours, merchandise, marketing, PR, advertising, etc. The initial return of $750k will occur three months after the first day of CD release because of the initial orders already assigned by the distribution company with a letter of direction. Then disbursements will come every quarter thereafter until quota has been reached. The projected is expected to get our investors a return in one year and we hope to accomplish this by 9 months. The minimum investment is 100k per transaction! There are a two options for investment returns: 1. 20% return on your capital or 2. an equity stake in the project. The latter is a negotiable item ranging from 10-20% equity partner in the project. The money will be funded on a draw basis. Draws will be funded by an accountant agreed upon by both parties in order to ensure supportive documents outlining the invoices are qualified and performed adequately. Since this is a Kanye West project this deal works at high volume and maximum exposure. In addition to the already established artists Malik is, he sold 250,000 cd's with Universal Records without anyone major attached to him. So, he will easily go gold (500,000) copies plus within 4-6 months. This is a 360 deal, revenue includes cd sales internationally, tour dollars, and merchandise dollars. Music aka the "Grammy Family" who is a poet, writer, producer, artist, fashonista, etc. Here is a very moderate overview of Maliks career to date (URL removed) Malik is also working on clothing lines, merchandising toys, and an array of other ventures. Malik Yusef has won a Grammy, Emmy, and various other awards throughout his career. Since the album is Kanye West and Malik Yusef present..... this will allow for commercialization and nationwide acceptance to the spoken word world incorporated with Hip Hop. The album will consists of Hip Hop, R n B, and Poetry. Malik has a good following in the states and a stronger presence internationally. Combined with Kanyes name attached to the album, this will allow for Malik to take the next step into catapulting his career. The IO will start out at 150,000 units pre sold to large chain stores (StarBucks, best buy, Walmart, Target, etc). -Malik just finished a track with Adam Levine (Maroon 5) and Kanye West for Barack Obamas Campaign CD. -Malik also Co-wrote Kanye's New single called Love Lock down.
