Description: We are a small construction firm focused on residential new construction. Our main market is affordable housing, we are selling new homes in the 115k to 160k price range. We are building the nicest homes in the city in this price range. We also do small custom homes, under 2300 sq ft. We are trying to get the market that the big national builders do not want. We are presently using convential financing and our own cash to do deals, would like to have an investor that we could pull money from, cut our time on getting loans, and do more homes per year. I think this could be a niche that could go nation wide. I just dont see a national builder doing affordable new construction housing.
