C & S Automotive will be a full-service, low-cost automotive shop located in the southern suburbs
of Chicago, Illinois. We are a family owned and operated company whose goal is to provide a lowcost,
high quality service to every customer who walks through the door. We will set ourselves
apart from our competitors by charging substantially less for labor than most automotive
shops. We want to provide some financial relief to those in our community who don't have a lot
of money, but still need automotive repairs or service. The goal of this business plan is to obtain
$2,000,000 in funding to build a facility and buy all the equipment needed to make our business
successful.
Our services will include automotive repairs such as suspensions and engine rebuilds and routine
services such as oil changes. C & S Automotive also will own two tow trucks and a roadside
service truck. Both services will be available 24 hours a day. Our target market includes anyone
who owns a car and can't afford to pay $85 to $100 per hour for labor. We will also target
companies and government agencies that have fleet vehicles. We want to be a participating
member of the community and plan to hold community events such as cook outs, food drives
and other special events several times a year.
