Because Cosmetics, LLC is a newly-organized Utah company located in Salt Lake City. The Company was formed for the purpose of producing and marketing color cosmetics and related products through direct sales channels, initially throughout the United States. To date, we have identified and developed our product line; entered into a manufacturing relationship which has resulted in initial product orders which will soon be in inventory; entered into a marketing and branding relationship with a leading marketing firm in New York which has resulted in our company and product branding; created our business and operations plan; established our initial marketing and distribution plan; and completed other organizational and startup activities.
