Description: Carne do Sol (Brazilian steakhouse) is unique to Midtown Spokane. The restaurant features 2 venues in one a Buffet, and Full Service Dining. This concept offers customers variety, offering multiple dining and entertainment options within a single establishment. Other critical areas which will cause our success are: the atmosphere which caters to the younger generation and also a mature adult crowd. This is a friendly family dining establishment. The customers enter the restaurant smelling the rotisserie. We will even offer them Pao de Quejo (cheese bread) while they wait to be seated. This will allow them to fill their stomachs. Our products consist of a variety of traditional Brazilian cuisines in the buffet, and a Gaucho Parade of steaks consisting of a variety of meat. The steak and other meat will be cooked in the traditional manner, on a spit rotisserie style. Our strength will be our location and the desire the customer has for a bargain. The customer believes that they will receive a variety of steak and meats for only $25. The way our company will make money is by feeding the customer a buffet of hot food and cold food and drinks which are less expensively created than the meat. The average stomach cannot hold $25 worth of steak buffet and drink. The key strategy is to fill their stomachs with the buffet and drinks leaving less room for the expensive steak.
