Company Goals and Objectives: Our goals it to become the premier Property & Casualty Insurance Agency in our geographic area, and a leader in customer service with a loyal customer following. We will have some objectives to measure our success, such as annual customer surveys, and annual sales targets.
Business Philosophy: Arnett Insurance Agency will attend to its customer’s needs in an expedient, ethical, and service orientated manner. We will communicate with our customers in any media convenient for the customer and in a manner that brings benefit and information needed to gain and retain their trust.
We will market our products to the citizens of Jefferson County primary, and relationship established through partner channels within Wisconsin. We will become a partner in many community and business action teams, we will be present in the communities we serve during celebration, and in the time of need.
Our strengths are in our ability to communicate, bring leadership, and foster life long relationships in the communities we will serve. Many of our classmates are now lawyers, mortgage brokers, realtors, school board members in the communities we will serve. In addition, being an executive manager in Corporate America for many years, I have experience in marketing, budgeting, presentations, and communications. My wife has been in Property Management for over 18 years and will bring a great deal of experience to this venture.
