The Beer Pedaler will be a locally owned and operated craft beer bottle shop and restaurant of unique design. Along with a creative and high quality food menu following the "slow food" model of utilizing sustainably and locally produced ingredients. Beer Pedaler will be known for its large selection of bottled craft beers that will be sold for consumption on the premises or taken away by the customer. Additionally, we will provide a rotating selection of ten to fifteen craft beers on draft. The planned location is adjacent to a successful bicycle shop founded and operated for the past eight years by a personal friend. The owner of the bicycle shop recently purchased the building and approached us to offer the location for the Beer Pedaler.
