Hi, My company, ComedyJuice has been putting on live comedy events for almost 6 years now. With 3 weekly shows in Southern California, I have made a nice living in our current size. However we have built relationships with some of the largest current comedic talents in the country as well as the best up and coming comics. Regular comics on our shows include Dane Cook, Sarah Silverman, Dave Attell, Drew Carrey, Jamie Kennedy, and many up and comers. We have access to create and produce content with the very best the comedic world has to offer. So we started a website that is now averaging around 100k unique visitors per month and over 400k page views per month after just 4 months time and has grown every month. We have over 75,000 newsletter subscribers and we have friendly long standing relationships at several of the largest comedy websites in the world.
We are already very competitive with VC backed sites in our industry such as (URL removed) and (URL removed) with absolutely no funding whatsoever and we have been profitable every year since our founding in 2003. I have a business plan that includes revenue streams in merchandising, ticket sales, advertising, newsletter advertising, and production both online and for television.
