I am a book author looking to self publish one's own book, it is a well known fact that most new writers will not get published unless they are willing to publish they're own work. I have spent many hours studying on how to write a book that sells, am a member in good standing of SPAN,(small publishers association of north america), in recent years I have become disabled, wheelchair confined, and must move, preferably out of california, back east in places like Baltimore, there is a hospital in Baltimore called JOHN HOPKINS in baltimore. Right now I am working from a home office, and would like to buy a house that will accomodate a home office.
